Omaha to New Dehli: Fly Omaha to Chicago via American and Chicago to Dehli via Qatari Airways = $604. Many websites said Uber was the best bet to get anywhere from the airport. According to the UberEstimates website, this would only cost $2 to get to our chosen hostel. |

Uber once again makes the most sense logisitically and financially. Rides both to a from the museum and gate to the hostel will cost around $12. |
The first stop of Day 1 is the National Rail Museum in Dehli. The entrance fee of the museum on a weekday is fifty rupees which equates to less than a dollar in American currency. The second activity is visiting the India Gate in the heart of Dehli. This is a classic war memorial and costs nothing to visit. |

Uber prices were a little more expensive due to more distance being travel, but we cut driving between the locations since they are only a 30 minute walk. For a round trip, it will cost about $9. |
To start Day 2, we will head to the Red Fort in Northern Dehli. This is one of the most historical places in India. After we will take a short walk and visit the Raj Ghat, the cremation site of Ghandai. Tickets to the Red Fort will cost $6.85 and the Raj Ghat is free to visit. |

Uber prices were similair to what they were on day 2 in Dehli, around $12. |
On our final full day in Dehli, we will visit the beautiful Akshardham Hindu Temple. It is free of charge, but is very picky as to what you bring and how you dress. If you arrive and do not meet the dress code a free sarong is provided. Second, we will visit the National Science Center on the west side. The Museum costs 60 rupees per head, which equates to about a dollar in American currency. |

Today is a travel day. For $36, IndiGo offers nonstop flights to Amritsar. We will fly in the morning so we can partake in activities during the day. Uber prices are a little higher here. It will cost $8 to get from the Airport to our hostel. The rest of the day's travel will be done on foot. |
The first day in Amritsar will be spent on a tour that takes us on a Heritage walk and a tour of the Golden Tempele. The cost is 100 rupees per person, which is $1.31 in USD. |

 The HK Backpackers Luxury Hostel has a total cost of $24 for two nights. It is a king sized room with many ammenties and overall just a good deal. |

Day 2 in Amritsar will inlucde another private tour of the city. Another walk will take us past the Building of Townhall and other notable buildings in the city. After lunch, we will travel to visit the Wagah Border to witness the crossing ceremony. The cost is a little under two dollars. |

In our last day in Amritsar we will take in a film at the Suraj Chanda Cinema and visit the Shaheed Bahagat Singh Market for a taste of what everyday life is in India. |

On the evening a the day prior, we will board a train bound for Dehradun. The trip is 12 hours total and leaves at 22:10. It costs $3.85. The Hostel is within walking distance so no cab will be needed to get from the train station. Traffic fares are $3 for the Deer Park and Robbers Cave. |
We will visit the Malsi Deer Park and Robbers Cave. The deer park costs 26 cents and the cave is free. |

Uber estimates the cost to get to the museum is two dollars. |
Walk through the Guru Ram Rai Gurudwara for free, and visit the Subir Raha Oil Museum. The museum offers details as to what India is doing with fossil fuels and how they are different from other countries. The entry fee is one dollar. |

An Uber to and from airports will cost $13 and airfare for the day will cost $76. Train prices were near $30 and took two full days, so I decided paying an extra $46 was worth it for airfare. |
The first activty will be to visit the Avani Riverisde Mall. Second, we will visit the Shibpur Market. Both activities are free, and are within walking distance of the hostel. |

First we will take a walk to the Eden Gardens, a world famous cricket ground and tour the museum and walk on the field. Since it is not a match day, these activites are free. Later that night we will visit the Shibpur Burning Ghat for a creamation ceremony along the river. This is free as well. |

The first stop of the day will be at the Indian Musuem. It is 6.85 for foreigners. Next will be Fort William. This stop is free. Both attractions are once again within walking distance. |

First on day 14, we will visit St. Paul's Cathedral located just a short walk across the river. Next we will visit the Shaheed Minar, a historical monument representing the martyrs who fought for independence. The church and monument are free to visit. |

Activity number one will be to visit the National Library. After, we will experience Science City Kolkata. This is an interactive musuem that is fun for people of all ages. To experiecne everything, the price will be $5.45 |

The Uber costs $2.63 for going and $2.63 going back, The attractions are within walkng distance from eachother so we only need to get to and from the hostel. |
Stop one will be to the Dakshineswar Kali Temple. It is free during its open hours. Second we will stroll along the Ganga River Ghat. This is also free. |

Eound trip Uber costs $4.10. The train in the evening to Agra will cost $6. This is a 19 hour ride, so we will not need lodging. |
The first activity of the day will be going to the Belur Math, a Hindu Temple. The second activity will be visiting the Aurobindo Mall. Both activities are free. In the evening we will board a train bound for Agra. |

Thanks to the train arriving at 7:10PM, it still leaves time to do things in the evening. A visit to Paliwal Park near the hostel would be great for stretching legs. Afterwards, we will catch another Bollywood film at Bhagwan Talkies. Tickets will cost $1.72. The theater is also within walking distance as well. |

Today we will only have one stop at the Agra Fort. This is an all day activite as inside the fort are five historical landmarks to visit. Tickets to enter the fort are $7.27. |

The last full day in Agra, we will visit India's most famous landmark, the Taj Mahal. A stroll through the Taj Protected Forest will also be included. It will cost $16.25 to visit the landmark along with the mausoleum. The park is free to walk through. |

We will travel via train from Agra back to Dehli for one final day. The train will cost $2.85, and Uber to the hostel from the station, and to/from the park will be $10.54 |
Our last day in India will be laid back. A walk through the Budda Jayanto Park will lead to the Karol Bagh Market, both are free and will provide one last journey through one of India's largest cities. |
